ov-ap.swiss (Branche Öffentliche Verwaltung) is where future public administration professionals start their journey. My task was to redesign the website and build the brand identity, turning an administrative portal into a clear, modern, and inviting platform for young people discovering their career path.

Visual Identity

Building a Brand That Speaks to Young Users

The redesign focused on making ov-ap.swiss genuinely appealing to young users and potential students through a friendlier tone, modern visuals, and clearer hierarchy. A key goal was to create a trustworthy and contemporary visual identity, supported by consistent branding, typography, colour, and layout rules defined in the new brand guidelines.

Information Organisation

Organising for Real Use

Another important focus was organisation. Documents and tools needed structure, not just storage. The Service page was redesigned as a clear, central library where users can quickly find important files without friction.

Mobile-First Thinking

Designing for Life on the Go

Mobile responsiveness became a core principle instead of an afterthought. Layouts, navigation, and interactions were designed to work naturally on smaller screens, ensuring the experience feels just as smooth on a phone as on a desktop — essential for younger audiences exploring their future on the go.
