Totika is an e-commerce brand offering premium high-MGO Manuka honey and natural skincare products. After expanding into the heart of Europe — Switzerland — the company needed a digital platform to connect with the local market while maintaining a cohesive global presence.

Challenge
The main challenge was to design a Switzerland-focused experience that felt local and trustworthy, without breaking consistency with Totika’s existing online stores in New Zealand, and Canada. The platform needed to elevate both usability and brand identity while supporting international expansion.

Process
I refined Totika’s brand identity by introducing new graphical elements, combining subtle textures with a honeycomb-inspired motif to strengthen the connection to the product story.
The website was designed using modern UI standards and WCAG accessibility guidelines, ensuring clear hierarchy, strong contrast, intuitive navigation, and consistent components. The result is an online shop that is both visually distinctive and usable across devices.


Outcome
The project delivered an improved user experience and refined visual identity tailored to the Swiss market, while staying aligned with Totika’s global ecosystem. The result was a scalable, cohesive platform that strengthens brand recognition and supports growth across regions.
